Common Questions We Hear

With Accoya, you’re looking at 50+ years for the timber and 12 years before first maintenance on the coating. We’ve got the guarantees to prove it.

 Modern micro-porous coatings mean a simple wash is all that’s needed for years. When recoating is eventually required, there’s no stripping back – just clean and recoat.

Our windows exceed PAS 24 standards and many achieve Secured by Design certification. Modern timber windows are actually harder to break into than most uPVC alternatives.

Typically 8-10 weeks from order to installation. We manufacture everything in Yorkshire, so we’re not waiting for containers from Europe.
